    Our division for Construction tools and machinery is a representative of leading international brands including:
    - BOSCH Professional - Professional power tools and consumables
    - KOHLER SDMO - Portable generating sets
    - PUTZMEISTER – Mortar and plastering machines
    - ENAR - Concrete vibrators, screeds and compaction equipment
    - GÖLZ - Diamond cutting & drilling machines and consumables
    - MUNGO – Fasteners
    We are looking for a high performing Division manager to be in charge of the business and sales targets of the Construction tools and machinery division on the territory of Bulgaria.

    • Manage the team -
    - set targets to sales representatives and monitor performance;
    - carry out actions to increase personal efficiency of the sales representatives; set individual tasks to team members;
    - provide guidance and support to sales representatives;
    - follow-up and support their work on major sales projects.
    • Build and develop relationships with key accounts / corporate clients;
    • Identify market opportunities and market shifts;
    • Manage the product strategy of the division. Negotiate with suppliers;
    • Manage the price policy;
    • Monitor timely payments by division’s clients;
    • Plan marketing activities - campaigns, promotions etc.;
    • Determine optimal inventory levels and ensure the stock turnover.

  • Requirements:
    • University degree with technical or business profile;
    • Extensive experience in active sales; background in sales in the construction sector is a major advantage;
    • Track record in managing people;
    • Fluency in English, both written and spoken;
    • Driving license and willingness to travel;
    • Dedication and commitment;
    • Energy, drive, pro-activity;
    • Mature and flexible communicator, top level sales skills;
    • Leadership and management skills, building rapport and credibility with the team;
    • Strategic thinking, ability to create a vision and inspire the team.
