We are involved in some really exciting and challenging projects worldwide and we are seeking a top tier candidate for National Account Manager Role for Bulgaria branch office. This is a hands-on, individual contributor and strategic role focused on driving increased revenue.

    National Account Manager

    You are self-motivated, willing to work hard, collaborative and interested in emerging trends?
    You are capable of supporting multiple projects and priorities within a rapidly changing environment?

    What You Will Do
    Manage the P&L (sales revenue and costs) for local market
    Lead forecasting accurate pipelines and inventory management
    Lead account management and joint business planning
    Strategize and execute on future go-to-market plans
    Identify new business opportunities outside traditional retail placement and build roll out plan
    Ensure partner relationship is strengthened and driven up throughout both organizations
    Ensure joint plans are adapted as necessary in line with internal and external challenges
    Analyze business based on success metrics, and proactively identify areas for improvement
    Develop a merchandising and marketing calendar
    Ensure proper merchandising is being executed throughout all partner doors
    Partner with marketing team to develop and execute locally relevant content
    Produce weekly and monthly activity reports

    Great business relationship with major consumer electronics retailers and/or retailers of sports equipment
    Flawless execution on go-to-market strategies, business planning and forecasting
    Senior sales account management experience
    Previous leadership role on a significant project
    Ability to solve complex problems, rather than highlight them
    Ability to analyze data and draw logical, actionable conclusions
    Ability to prioritize work and strong sense of accountability for projects and goals
    Expert in Microsoft applications: Excel and Powerpoint
    University degree preferred
    Fluent in English and local language
    Ability to travel, must have a valid driver’s license
