    For OD&M we are looking for an experienced and responsible professional for the position of BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE CONSULTANT to join the business and contribute to its success. 

    The Business Intelligence Consultant will support the growth and development of CORE (COmpensation REsearch) – the leading Salary Survey in Bulgaria. He or she will provide and maintain high service standards, and will cooperate closely with leading HR professionals from renowned organizations in various industries. 

    • Conducting regular research of companies, identifying needs and preparing solution proposals
    • Providing on-going consulting and support to clients in a professional manner
    • Building trust and communicating with all levels within the targeted organizations
    • Collecting, analyzing and processing client’s remuneration data via proven methodology
    • Preparing standard and tailor-made reports and providing them to clients
    • Monitoring the East European labor market (with a focus on Bulgaria)
    • Creating marketing materials for business and social events (forums, meetings, HR events, etc.)
    • Providing insights and strategy proposals about the company’s business development and market growth
    • Participating in service initiatives (such as methodology update and development)
    • Taking part in on-demand assignments in the field of HR consulting and market research

    • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Compensation & Benefits specialist, or background in a Financial/Budgeting/Reporting position
    • Higher education degree
    • Proficient skills with MS Office applications
    • Strong analytical skills and accuracy when working with large databases
    • Attention to details and a proactive, result-driven personality
    • Client-oriented approach (experience in a Customer Service position would be an advantage)
    • Good English skills (written and spoken)
    • Solid understanding of business ethics and confidentiality
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Readiness to learn industries’ specifics and needs 
    • Flexibility in proposing tailor-made customer solutions

    • Access to worldwide acknowledged know-how and proficient methodology

    • Daily interaction with senior HR professionals from established companies with proven HR policies and practices
