What You Will Be Doing

• Ensure successful execution of Nexo’s direct communication across email, push & SMS
• Maintain & implement automated marketing campaigns across email, push & SMS
• Design, execute and report on email campaigns to drive existing customer retention
• Work with content specialists, designers and product marketers to produce new email campaigns based on the global marketing calendar
• Go-to-market planning & execution
• Maintain direct marketing reports

What We Look For

• 3+ years of relevant experience in Direct Marketing & Automation with strong focus on Lifecycle/Retention Marketing
• Experience in quantifying direct marketing impact
• Data-driven growth mindset and a knack for numbers
• Good analytical, strategic & technical skills
