Junior Local IT Expert

KPMG IT Service OOD is an IT service provider with a mission to digitalize the core business of the KPMG network member firms and their clients. We employ about 200 people in Sofia and deliver the full spectrum of IT services to our clients, including SAP solutions, Software Engineering, Application & Platform Operations, Cloud and Infrastructure.

About you

The Junior Local IT Expert will be responsible for the control and support of the optimal functioning and security of the Company information systems and infrastructure, and for providing local IT support to all employees of the company, in a multinational/multicultural environment.

Your responsibilities

• Handle inventory, warehouse management and IT asset management
• Provide local IT support to all company employees and maintain positive interactions
• Ensure smooth KPMG IT Service software and systems Onboarding for current new joining emoloyees
• Interact regularly with the offshore and onshore teams, answer and work on queries and questions
• Handle other relevant tasks

What you bring in

• High school diploma in Computer Systems, Informatics, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, transport, Logistics or is a student in the above mentioned disciplines
• 0-2 years of professional experience, relevant to the position
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to interact effectively with diverse groups of professionals – from junior to executive level
• Very Good command of English
