Alpiq is in international energy trading on all the important European exchanges and bilateral markets and a market leader in cross-border trading in Central Eastern and South Eastern Europe.     Alpiq is looking for a well organized, energetic and motivated individual to join the office team in Sofia.

    Administrative manager based in Bulgaria will support Alpiq’s activities related to the operations in Bulgaria and neighboring countries in smooth cooperation with Front-, Middle- and Back- offices in Prague.

    Main responsibilities
     
    • Overall administration of the activities in Bulgaria and neighboring countries, maintenance and extension of the contacts to local counterparties, banks, accountants, lawyers, relevant authorities, etc in close coordination with the CEE Business Centre in Prague
    • Contract management and compliance activities
    • Daily contact with Front- and Middle- offices for monitoring and coordination of planned and executed transactions
    • Monitoring of the legislative and regulatory environment
    • Direct contacts with counterparties, building positive relationship
  • Experience on a similar position:

    • Professional level education
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
    • Analytical thinking
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Reliability and loyalty
    • Experience in a similar position to the above for at least three year
    • Excellent level of Bulgarian and English (speaking and writing) is required
    • Knowledge of power business is welcomed but not required
    • Experience in international environment is an advantage
