    On behalf of our client, a global family-owned pharmaceutical company, which develops and distributes a diverse portfolio of specialized and OTC products, and food supplements, we are looking to attract an experienced Regional Sales Manager North Bulgaria.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Manages a team of medical representatives in the region and sets up tasks, individual targets and supervises performance;
    • Analyzes the results and the expenditures in the subordinate region and oversees the achievement of the set goals for turnover and marketing activities;
    • Coordinates work in the subordinate region - plans and supervises medical visits and events in order to achieve maximum efficiency;
    • Adopts and executes marketing strategies, sponsorships, donations and other public initiatives in the region;
    • Participates in regular meetings with the Head of Sales and other Regional Managers to communicate and work on business strategies and objectives;
    • Inspects and approves the monthly accounts of MPs;
    • Reports immediately (within 24 hours) any Adverse Drug Reactions (ADRs) and/or other product related events to the relevant authorities;
    • In cases of adverse reactions or complaints complies with national and European regulations and undertakes respective action plans. If necessary gathers information concerning cases of ADRs or complaints about drugs;
    • Attends training on drug safety and couches, mentors and guides the team;
    • Checks regular internal reports from the team and consolidates external data towards supervisors;
    • Motivates and develops individual and team skills;
    • Actively participates in the building and retaining of the regional team of Medical Representatives;
    • Runs individual appraisals, supports the activities and undertakes corrective and preventive measures when needed.

    REQUIREMENTS AND COMPETENCES:
    • University degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences is a must;
    • Minimum 3 years of experience at a similar role;
    • Strong managerial, administrative and organizational skills;
    • Responsible for the quality and timely fulfillment of the assigned tasks;
    • Result-oriented person motivated by professional achievements;
    • Excellent computer skills in MS office;
    • Flexible mindset, reliable team player and high sense of loyalty;
    • Excellent command of English language ( written and spoken); 
    • Clear driving license.
