    On behalf of our client, a globally company, with focus of digitalization, electrification and automation, we are looking for an experienced and responsible professional for the role of REGIONAL SALES ENGINEER.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Pro-actively drives the development of the partner network of clients and distributors, covering all sales channels and all relevant projects;
    • Pro-actively executes project sales activities and business development, focused on decision makers and project’s results in building markets of Albania, Bulgaria, Kosovo, and Macedonia
    • Prepares and submits price offers, technical specifications and contract documentation to existing and new customers;
    • Analyzes sales progress and initiates marketing /sales activities in the responsible markets
    • Implements the agreed business strategy, including budget targets, sales channels, partners and technical support in the region of responsibility;
    • Analyzes and reports competition’s activities in terms of their strategy, operation, product portfolio and pricing;
    • Liaises with the Department Head and coworkers regularly regarding strategies and business objectives;
    • Follows strict corporate ethics and company’s values;
    • Applies companies procedures with regards to reporting, CRM, and other standard processes and procedures;
    • Participates in events, exhibitions and trade shows, and other relevant business forums;
    • Acts as an ambassador of company’s brand and solid reputation, and continuously strives to further foster them;

    REQUIREMENTS AND COMPETENCES:
    • University degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic or HVAC) or Economics
    • 3+ years’ experience in the building market business (HVAC; electrical systems; building automation; low voltage)
    • Proven record in B2B environment
    • Proactive identification, validation of new business potential and engagement with existing and new customers
    • Result-oriented person, motivated by professional achievements
    • Communication skills and ability to build and maintain professional relationships
    • Independent, mature and trustworthy individual who successfully builds and maintains long-term partnerships;
    • Excellent command of English – both written and spoken
    • German language - an advantage
    • Experience in organizing trainings, seminars and making technical presentations
    • Excellent computer skills (MS Office, Word, Excel)
    • Valid Driving License and willingness to travel abroad at least once per month
