We are looking for an intern who wants to join our Human Recources Division and dive in the exciting environment of big business.

About the role:

As a Talent Acquisition Trainee, you will play a vital role in attracting and selecting top talent by supporting the end-to-end recruitment process

In this role you will have to:

• Draft and post job postings on company career page, job boards, and other relevant platforms and make sure all job postings are up-to-date
• Review and evaluate applicants and conduct initial phone screenings
• Coordinate and schedule of interviews ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both candidates and interviewers
• Update and maintain the applicant tracking system
• Support employer branding initiatives
• Maintain recruitment metrics and reports

• Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills for conducting phone screenings and coordinating interviews
• To be a collaborative team player, fostering positive relationships within the team and with the Hiring Managers
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively, ensuring timely job postings, interview scheduling and event coordination
• Proactive and self-driven attitude towards driving tasks to successful implementation
• Ability to provide a positive candidate experience and interact effectively with diverse audiences
• Excellent writen and verbal English language skills
