At Aristocrat, we are seeking an experienced and driven Senior 3D Animator to join our Art Studio. This role is centered on crafting high-quality character animations, placing significant importance on rigging expertise and hands-on experience in Blender. The ideal candidate will be able to supply production-ready assets from day one and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days per week in the office, located next to Paradise Mall at Office X, Building 3.
Build high-quality 3D animations and visual assets for slot machine games, from concept through final implementation
Use Blender as a primary tool for modeling, texturing, rigging, lighting, and animation
Build and maintain efficient rigs for characters, symbols, and mechanical assets
Model and texture characters, environments, and game elements with attention to visual style and performance constraints
Compose and set up lighting that improves clarity, mood, and visual impact in a real-time or game-focused pipeline
Use Adobe After Effects to composite, apply FX, and render animation outputs for final delivery
Collaborate with designers and engineers to integrate animated assets and graphic improvements into the game pipeline
Iterate on work based on creative direction, technical feedback, and gameplay needs
Maintain consistency with established art direction while giving creative polish
Extensive experience in creating high-quality, game-ready assets optimized for real-time and interactive environments, with a strong focus on performance and visual fidelity
Proven background in slot game development, with a deep understanding of player experience, pacing, and industry-specific visual standards
Advanced proficiency in Trapcode Suite (e.g., Particular, Form), demonstrating complex simulations and effects to deliver polished, production-ready motion graphics
Strong expertise in Unity, including asset integration, animation setup, optimization, and in-engine validation to ensure seamless implementation and performance
