Receptionist (Ref: Rec)
Key responsibilities
• Welcome and greet visitors in a professional manner
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
• Manage meeting rooms and schedule appointments/calendar
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area
• Provide basic information to visitors and callers
• Perform administrative tasks (filing, data entry, photocopying)
• Support internal teams with general administrative duties
Requirements and Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent (minimum)
• Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is an advantage
• Fluent in Bulgarian. Very good English (spoken and written)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with office equipment (telephone systems, printers, scanners)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Professional attitude, appearance, and customer-focused approach
Preferred / Advantage
• Experience in an international or corporate environment
• Basic knowledge of office administration procedures
