Upon successful completion of the Academy, top performers will smoothly transition into their permanent roles as Junior PL/SQL Developers at Fadata.

Your Journey & What You Will Learn

The Academy phase combines structured technical learning, professional mentorship, and practical projects based on real business challenges. Through this onboarding process, you will build a strong foundation in:

• Core Database Technologies: Oracle SQL and PL/SQL, relational databases, and database architecture.

• Advanced Database Development: Complex SQL queries, procedures, functions, packages, transactions, triggers, and views.

• Performance & Enterprise Practices: Exception handling, execution plan optimization, and enterprise software development standards.

• Next-Gen AI Skills: Learning how to responsibly use modern AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) for prompt engineering, debugging, code reviews, and working with existing codebases.

Requirements

• Basic computer science understanding (from university, courses, or self-study).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

• High motivation to learn enterprise software development and next-gen AI tools.

• Good command of written and spoken English.

• Availability to participate in the Academy modules and join Fadata on a full-time basis onsite.
