A Culture of Leadership
Having more than 20 years of working experience in the consulting industry, the founders of Brightive have faced and observed many obstacles caused by the traditional, and in particular 'Big 4' model of operation.
Brightive was formed in the UK in 2006 to deliver large and complex IT-enabled Change Programs in an innovative SMART way.
This remains our core focus today and we support a domestic and international customer base across the telecommunications, government, healthcare, financial and utilities sectors across Europe and the Middle East.
In 2013 we established our Professional Service Center in Sofia as an emerging and vibrant technology cluster, with excellent opportunities for startups or overseas operations departments. Bulgaria offers highly skilled talent base with a proven tradition in language knowledge, IT literacy and very high-quality educational background.
Brightive Consultant Development Program
At Brightive we care about building capabilities in the face of our consultants, we invest in their personal development in order to provide the best service to clients. Brightive implements a mentoring program for its employees, in order to develop their skills and extend their professional capabilities.
Since 2013 we focused our efforts on attracting and improving the best, most culturally diverse, skilled and capable people to our team via the Brightive Development Programme. We developed 'well-rounded consultants' that all have wide PMO expertise in combination with deep Business Analysis, Data Analysis and Business Process optimization capability. Fast forward to 2020 we have been growing double digit each year and now have a talented roster of employees and well established community of outstanding associate consultants, unified by our commitment to increase the agility and performance of our clients' businesses.

The right candidate:
- Has educational background in business administration, management, computer science or information systems;
